The Deaf Chrisitan Ministries Foundaton of the Midwest (DCMFM) exists to support and encourage evangelism of Deaf people and their families through Deaf evangelists or Deaf Christian events. The DCMFM is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization funded solely by tax deductible donations to accomplish the mission. Richard Smith, Deaf evangelist, is a graduate from the Sunset School of Preaching. He is supported by a grant from the DCMFM. Christian events are also supported by DCMFM.
